Terms and Conditions – 1st January 2019
- A full provisional license card with sharing licence information is required to attend lessons.
- Offers and prices are subject to change at 3 days notice.
- Only provisional license holders are eligible for offers.
- Only beginner pupils are eligible for introductory offers. Pupils who have booked their test prior to joining Walkers may not qualify for introductory offers.
- One introductory offer per customer only, introductory offers may not be repeated.
- Introductory offers are for new customers only.
- Lessons may be booked singularly as long as one lesson is paid for in advance.
- Student discounts are for “pay as you go” lessons only and are dependent on pupil showing student card to the instructor on initial lesson.
- Manual Lessons are 50 minutes long.
- Automatic lessons are 45 minutes long.
- Pass Plus and Motorway lessons are 60 minutes long.
- THIS BUSINESS IS OWNED AND OPERATED ON A FRANCHISE BASIS BY YOUR INSTRUCTOR, WALKERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR REIMBURSEMENT OF LESSON FEES PAID DIRECTLY TO THE INSTRUCTOR.
- Block booking payments are valid for a maximum 12 months from date of purchase AND for no longer than 6 months from the date of the last appointment in respect of the scheduling of unused lessons.
- Any request to refund prepaid lessons must be made within 14 days from the date of payment. No refunds will be issued after 14 days.
- Cash payments directly to instructor can only be refunded from the instructor.
- Gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from purchase
- Lessons may be postponed or cancelled, but 2 working days NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN TO OFFICE. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the FULL relevant fees becoming due to the instructor.
- Test Packages may be postponed or cancelled, but at least 3 FULL WORKING DAYS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the FULL relevant fees becoming due to the instructor.
- Intensive courses may be postponed or cancelled, but at least 10 FULL WORKING DAYS NOTICE MUST BE GIVEN. Failure to comply with this condition will result in the FULL relevant fees becoming due to the instructor.
- All cancellations are accepted only at the discretion of the instructor and are liable to be charged for.
- Pupils may only use our cars for the test when they are driving at test standard. This is strictly at the discretion of the diving instructor, whose decision is final.
- Threatening behaviour toward Walkers instructors or Walkers Employees will not be tolerated! Walkers reserve the right to cancel part or full lessons in such circumstances. All fees with respect to cancelled lessons will remain payable to the instructor in their entirety.
- Complaints procedure:
- All complaints in the first instance should be directed to the instructor. If there are further Disputes or complaints please raise the issue in writing to Walkers School of Motoring via complaints@walkers4u.com.
- Intensive we pay your next test fee applies to DSA fees only.
- Any refunds of block bookings you will be charged the full rate of lessons taken and the difference refunded. Single lessons are non refundable.

Walkers School of Motoring £100 Prize Draw November 2019 Terms and Conditions:
1. Walkers School of Motoring reserves the right to action the prize draw once a minimum of 50 reviews have been posted.
2. Your name will automatically be entered into the prize draw upon review and like submission.
3. Winner’s cash must be collected within 7 days notice of win from our Head Office: 4 Sundridge Parade, Plaistow Lane, Bromley, BR1 4DT.
4. If winnings are not collected within the term, all applicants will be re-entered into the prize draw and another review selected.
5. Reviews and page likes must be left by pupils of Walkers School of Motoring whose instructor is currently with Walkers School of Motoring.
6. One Facebook review and page like per pupil.
